A Reflection of Ruination Through Mass Participation in Inebriation.
Blurb: The artist has used an amalgamation of hazy and vivid colours to depict the conflict of delicate and indelible aspects of nature. The laminated construction of the piece gives it a certain off-kilter feel, which reflects the relationship of the subjects depicted. Behind the scenes of ruination runs a deeper message of warning and foreboding. Mankind's perceptions of normality may be challenged by this work, as whilst constituents of its construction may appear familiar, subversions of the standard image of western civilisation within the piece appear alien in comparison.
